About Client:
- We exist to change the way families experience healthcare. We serve newborns, kids, pregnant mamas, and entire families through neurologically focused, wellness-based care-not because someone is in pain, but because a well-functioning nervous system is the foundation of a well-lived life.
- We are not chasing symptoms. We are building health from the inside out, one family at a time, and we are looking for a chiropractor who genuinely believes that too.
- We are a thriving and growing practice with 2 full-time doctors and 5 full-time CAs. We are seeing around 550+ visits per week and looking to grow-but we need help to do that. We recently moved to a new location two years ago with over 5,000+ sq ft and a full interior remodel. We also share a tenant space with other healthcare professionals who align with our philosophy, allowing for full healing from within.
What you'll do:
- Deliver exceptional, neurologically focused chiropractic care with a deep emphasis on pediatric, prenatal, and family wellness
- Build lasting, trust-rooted relationships with patients, from the first prenatal visit to the toddler's first adjustment to the whole family's wellness visits
- Educate patients and parents on how the nervous system drives health, not just what chiropractic does, but why it matters for their child's development, their pregnancy, and their family's long-term wellbeing
- Lead and participate in community events, workshops, and talks that expand our reach and reinforce our mission
- Actively contribute to a high-energy, purpose-driven office culture where every team member feels like family
- Support the growth of the practice through internal marketing, patient referrals, and a genuine love of connecting with people
Who you are:
- You have a real, genuine heart for kids and families; adjusting a newborn or a third-trimester mama lights you up
- You understand and believe in nervous system-centered care, not pain-based care - this is not just a talking point for you, it is your philosophy
- You can speak passionately about how the nervous system works and why consistent, wellness-based chiropractic care is a gift to a family
- You are confident in front of a room, or eager to grow in that area, and you love educating parents on how to raise a healthier family
- You are coachable, hungry to grow, and excited about being mentored inside a practice that has already built a strong reputation
- You want to be part of a mission, not just fill a position, you want to look back in five years and see lives changed
- ICPA or Webster certification (or genuine interest in pursuing it) is a strong plus
