Job Title: High-Volume Bilingual Recruiter — Remote Industry: Recruiting & Staffing Monthly Compensation: $1,200 USD per month, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Time Zone: Central Time Language Requirement: English & Spanish C1+ / Fully Professional Equipment: Must have your own laptop and reliable high-speed internet Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter to support ongoing staffing needs within the multifamily property management industry across Texas . This role focuses on recruiting candidates for temporary and contract positions in property operations, maintenance, apartment turnover, and resident services. The recruiter will manage a continuous candidate pipeline, not only sourcing for active roles but also proactively building a strong talent pool that can be presented to clients quickly, often the same day a request is received. Because many candidates are predominantly Spanish-speaking, the recruiter must be comfortable conducting interviews in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, comfortable with high call volumes, and experienced in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments where speed and follow-up are critical. Training on the Applicant Tracking System will be provided. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume recruitment for temporary and contract staffing needs across multiple multifamily properties in Texas. Recruit candidates for operational, maintenance, apartment turnover, and resident service roles. Maintain an active and organized pipeline of ready-to-work candidates. Continuously source and onboard new candidates into the company’s talent pool, even when there are no active job openings. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to support quick placements when client requests arise. Ensure candidates are pre-screened, qualified, and ready for immediate submission to clients. Candidate Outreach & Engagement Conduct daily outreach through phone calls, job boards, referrals, and networking. Perform high-volume candidate calls and screenings to keep the pipeline active. Maintain frequent communication with candidates regarding opportunities, availability, and placement readiness. Candidate Screening & Interviews Conduct interviews in English and Spanish, depending on candidate preference. Evaluate candidates’ experience, availability, work authorization, and fit for property management roles. Ensure candidates meet client expectations for skill level, professionalism, and reliability. Roles You Will Recruit For Maintenance & Technical Roles Maintenance Supervisors Maintenance Technicians Apartment Turnover & Preparation Turnover Technicians responsible for preparing apartments for new tenants Property Operations & Services Leasing Consultants Cleaning and Porter Staff Recruitment Coordination Keep candidate information organized and updated in the ATS. Track candidate availability, experience, and placement readiness. Coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling. Work closely with internal recruiting and account teams to respond quickly to client requests. Provide ready-to-present candidates when staffing support is needed. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition. Comfortable conducting frequent candidate outreach and phone screenings. Ability to manage large candidate pipelines and multiple priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment. Preferred Experience Recruiting experience within multifamily property management or apartment maintenance roles. Experience recruiting for HVAC, maintenance, make-ready, turnover, or property operations roles. Staffing agency or contract recruiting experience. Experience working with U.S.-based candidates and employment markets.
