Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team of professionals. As a BCBA with Able Minds ABA, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. With no caseload, you will have the flexibility to focus on data-driven therapy and collaboration with our team of professionals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each individual Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of professionals Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, using evidence-based techniques and strategies Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions Collaborate with our team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs, to ensure comprehensive support for each individual Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $105 - $120 Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality ABA services Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply If you are a motivated and dedicated BCBA looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
