You'll handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements while supporting tax coordination and audits. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, receipts, and payroll with precision Maintain accurate records (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, tax documents) Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) Assist with month‑end/year‑end close and audit preparation Track vendor payments and ensure timely bill processing Support tax filings and collaborate with accountants Qualifications Creative, analytical, problem‑solving and innovative skills. Time management and priority setting skills with ability to meet deadlines. Proactive, task driven and positive attitude.
