May lead a team of individuals to complete specific project tasks. Develop project and business objectives, requirements and cost-benefit analyses as projects and business plans are initiated. Update the status of project and business solutions to management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop, review, revise, and update documentation pertaining to project and business activities (specification documents, online help, testing procedures, etc.). Coordinate, develop, and define the test strategy and approach for departmental and project activities including unit, system, and acceptance testing. Provide expertise and make recommendations regarding changes and enhancements to applications and technology across multiple business areas. Act as a liaison between assigned department or project and internal and external contacts. Required Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Project coordination and/or leadership experience Business planning and consulting Researching, analyzing, identifying and resolving moderately complex to complex business problems Participation on project teams Developing data models using spreadsheet applications Analyzing data models and reports and preparing recommendations for management review Providing guidance to less experienced staff and team members Preparing written proposals and reports Knowledge and Skills: PC software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, MS Project) Project management tools (GANTT, Pert charts, Project Professional, MS Project) Planning, organizing, and decision making Analysis, compilation, and interpretation of data Preparation and presentation of materials Achievement of stated objectives within the designated timeframe Exploration of alternative approaches to existing processes and project objectives Performing a variety of concurrent activities Working with others in a team environment Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report generation and presentation of major reports Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Operations Research, Information Technology or related field Experience: Experience with Sabre and/or other travel technology systems Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce and Axis Work Environment This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee’s role and leadership’s assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an as needed basis for key meetings and collaborative activities. Most employees will be required to come into the office, at a minimum, for important departmental meetings or team building events. Compensation & Benefits Overview Compensation: Business Consultant will earn a competitive salary of $68,000 - $75,000 annually with annual bonus potential based on performance.
