The Company is in search of a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to take on a pivotal role in advancing enterprise analytics within its medical and academic ecosystem. The CDO will be a distinguished leader, responsible for data governance, integration, and the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence. This senior executive will ensure that the organization's extensive data assets are harnessed to drive decision-making, operational excellence, and innovation in patient-centered care, research, and education. The role demands a visionary who can define and lead the data-driven organizational strategy, with a strong focus on the mission of improving public health. The successful candidate will oversee a healthcare data and analytics group, providing both executive and technical leadership in areas such as data warehousing, reporting, decision support, and advanced analytics capabilities. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should be experienced leaders with a proven track record in data, analytics, and AI within a complex academic health system. The role requires a thoughtful and energetic individual who can effectively engage and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
