About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to take on a pivotal role in advancing enterprise analytics within its medical and academic ecosystem. The CDO will be a distinguished leader, responsible for data governance, integration, and the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence. This senior executive will ensure that the organization's extensive data assets are harnessed to drive decision-making, operational excellence, and innovation in patient-centered care, research, and education. The role demands a visionary who can define and lead the data-driven organizational strategy, with a strong focus on the mission of improving public health. The successful candidate will oversee a healthcare data and analytics group, providing both executive and technical leadership in areas such as data warehousing, reporting, decision support, and advanced analytics capabilities.
