About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Dental Officer (CDO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its dental services. The CDO will be responsible for developing and implementing the dental service line's strategic plan, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the financial and operational aspects of the dental program. This role involves working closely with a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff, to maintain a culture of excellence and innovation in dental practice. Candidates for the Chief Dental Officer position at the company should have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, as well as a valid dental license. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a clinical dental setting, with a proven track record in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental education, research, and community outreach, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in a related field and experience in a healthcare management or administrative role are preferred. The CDO will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends and regulations and to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
