Summary
Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing multi-specialty practice in Norco, CA.
This role is essential to our revenue cycle, focusing on insurance verification, claims, AR follow-up, and accurate reimbursement. You’ll work within CareStack (Denticon experience valued) and collaborate with our CareRevenue team to optimize collections and resolve billing issues.
You will also support our in-office membership plan, helping uninsured patients access care while strengthening practice systems.

Responsibilities
• Verify insurance (PPO & Medi-Cal: Denti-Cal, IEHP, Molina, CalOptima) • Submit claims with proper documentation & attachments • Trace claims and follow up on unpaid/aged accounts (30/60/90/120) • Review EOBs and post payments accurately • Resolve denials, delays, and underpayments • Communicate with carriers and manage appeals • Work with CareRevenue on claim tracking and billing workflows • Prepare insurance estimates and benefit breakdowns • Maintain accurate records in CareStack • Support patient financial coordination & collections • Assist with in-office membership plan administration • Coordinate with clinical/front office for accurate coding & submission • Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and office protocols
Qualifications
• Dental insurance/billing experience required • Strong knowledge of claims, AR, and EOBs • PPO experience required; Medi-Cal preferred • Experience with CareStack, Denticon, or similar PMS • Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required) • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Positive, reliable, team-oriented mindset
