We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about gaining hands-on experience in the production industry and eager to learn the foundational aspects of producing high-quality content.

• Assist with setting up and breaking down production equipment before and after shoots.
• Support the production team by managing and organizing props, costumes, and other materials.
• Coordinate communication among team members to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Help manage daily schedules and call sheets to keep production on track.
• Run errands and deliver necessary items to different departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in film, media, or communications is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as production requires.
• Basic technical knowledge of production equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
