We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Chief Data & AI Officer, a senior leader advancing enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities to enable smarter decisions, operational excellence, and strong business outcomes.This role requires a calm, grounded partner who thrives in a fast-paced, highly focused executive environment and brings structure, foresight, and clarity to a complex and evolving agenda. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to help drive execution and represent the Global Technology & Operations organization with professionalism, humility, and drive.This is a **hybrid work arrangement** (3 days/ week in our Newark, NJ corporate headquarters).**Key Impacts*** Enable effective execution by anticipating priorities, protecting focus, and ensuring the leader is prepared for key decisions and engagements* Bring structure and foresight to a highly dynamic calendar and operating rhythm, particularly during periods of executive travel* Support the advancement of enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives through strong coordination and executive readiness* Strengthen organizational effectiveness by facilitating well-run meetings, timely follow-up, and clear communication* Represent the Global Technology & Operations organization with credibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset**Key Responsibilities*** Strategically manage a complex executive calendar, balancing urgency, business impact, and senior stakeholder constraints* Provide foresight into upcoming priorities, deadlines, and decisions, particularly during periods of accelerated activity or travel* Prepare and refine executive-ready presentations and written materials by shaping business ideas or rough drafts into clear, polished outputs* Coordinate internal, external, and global meetings, including logistics, preparation, and hybrid meeting considerations* Support senior-level initiatives, events, and speaking engagements aligned to data, analytics, and AI priorities* Partner closely with the executive on time management, preparation for key discussions, and awareness of what’s coming next* Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism* Operate as part of a collaborative Executive Assistant community, providing coverage and support for peers as needed* Manage general administrative and operational responsibilities including travel coordination, expenses, invoices, approvals, and related processes**Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities*** Significant experience supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced, and global organization* Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities* Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and virtual collaboration tools* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to refine business ideas into executive-ready materials* Comfort operating in a highly focused, direct working environment that values clarity and efficiency* Strong organizational awareness and ability to build effective relationships across senior stakeholders* Calm, professional presence with the ability to operate effectively under pressure* Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support shared EA coverage and collaboration#LIhybrid# **What we offer you:**# Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $76,000.00 to $125,400.00.
