Job Overview: We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager with 10+ years of experience working for a General Contractor. This role requires a strong background managing federal and Department of Defense (DoD) construction projects. Candidates must have a stable work history and be open to travel.
Must-Have Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These): - 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Experience working for a General Contractor (GC)
- Proven federal construction and/or DoD project experience
- Stable work history (no job hopping)
- Willingness to travel for projects
Key Responsibilities: - Manage all phases of construction projects (preconstruction through closeout)
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and safety regulations
- Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder communication
- Track project performance and implement corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations
- OSHA certification
