Job Description

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Hybrid or remote is not available. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, agency-style marketing team supporting two luxury real estate brokerages and more than 80 real estate agents. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys production design, and takes pride in delivering polished, high-quality marketing materials with exceptional client service. The Graphic Designer will primarily focus on production design for print and digital marketing materials including newspapers, magazines, postcards, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for layout, typography, branding consistency, and visual storytelling while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Because this role directly supports agents, leadership, and internal departments, excellent communication and professionalism are essential. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues via phone, email, and in person while maintaining a sophisticated and service-oriented approach. Responsibilities Design and produce print marketing materials including postcards, flyers, brochures, newspaper ads, magazine ads, listing presentations, and other real estate collateral Create digital marketing assets including email graphics, digital ads, and social media content Ensure all materials align with luxury branding standards and maintain high visual quality Support more than 80 real estate agents with marketing requests, revisions, and brand consistency Collaborate with internal departments and brokerage leadership on company marketing initiatives Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, agency-style environment Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution Maintain organized project files and follow established workflows and templates Deliver exceptional client service with timely communication and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Qualifications Portfolio required to be considered for this position 1–2 years of design experience, internships, freelance work, or relevant coursework Proficiency in: Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Express Adobe Acrobat Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to accept feedback and adapt quickly in a collaborative environment Preferred Traits Strong sense of urgency and accountability Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to balance creativity with production efficiency Team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a collaborative culture What We Offer Opportunity to grow within a dynamic creative and marketing team Exposure to luxury real estate branding and high-end marketing campaigns Collaborative, energetic, and fast-paced work environment Variety of creative projects across print and digital platforms The chance to make a direct impact supporting successful agents and brokerage marketing initiatives Please apply either directly through Linkedin or email Marketing@CarmelRealtyCompany.com with your resume and portfolio link. #J-18808-Ljbffr
