Luxury Host (Retail) – Beverly Hills, CA 90210

We are seeking a polished and personable Luxury Host to join a high-end retail environment in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and is passionate about delivering an elevated, memorable customer experience.

Pay: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Act as a door host/concierge , managing the flow of traffic during busy periods
• Provide a seamless and elevated client experience aligned with luxury standards
• Support the sales team by directing clients and assisting with general front-of-house needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing entrance and sales floor
• Uphold brand image through professionalism, appearance, and communication

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail hours
