Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including transformers, motors, and breakers. The role involves locating areas of electrical trouble using appropriate test equipment, replacing generators, motors, and controllers, and testing, energizing, and repairing different types of circuits. The ideal candidate should be able to test, troubleshoot, change, and program PLCs or drives, repair machinery as needed, and actively participate in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair distribution equipment such as transformers, motors, and breakers.
• Locate areas of electrical trouble using proper test equipment.
• Replace generators, motors, and controllers.
• Test, energize, and repair different types of circuits.
• Test, troubleshoot, change, and program PLCs or drives.
• Repair machinery and participate actively in maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with industrial maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Electronics or Mechanics, or equivalent preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification (Black or Green) and TPM preferred, but not required.
• Journeyman’s License preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Old Hickory, TN.

The pay range for this position is $67000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Old Hickory,TN.
