Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: DOE based on experience

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and automated equipment across the manufacturing complex.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Diagnose electrical issues on production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical Systems, or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance electrician in a manufacturing or industrial facility preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated production systems strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA electrical safety standards and industrial electrical codes.
