FarmGPU is building next-generation GPU-powered cloud infrastructure purpose-built for AI workloads. We provide scalable, cost-efficient compute that enables developers, startups, and enterprises to train and deploy AI faster. We’re an early-stage company operating at the intersection of AI and high-performance computing, and we’re building our marketing function from the ground up. The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Manager (Early Career) to help establish and scale our marketing engine. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants real ownership and exposure in a startup environment. You’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional technical teams to shape messaging, drive awareness, and support pipeline growth. This is a hybrid role based in Rancho Cordova, CA. What You’ll Do Support development and execution of FarmGPU’s marketing strategy Create and manage content across social media, blog, email, and website Translate complex AI and cloud infrastructure concepts into clear messaging Assist with campaign management and performance tracking Monitor marketing KPIs and support reporting Coordinate webinars, events, and community initiatives Help build foundational marketing processes and systems What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in marketing (B2B or tech preferred) Strong writing and communication skills Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts Organized, self-directed, and execution-oriented Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, GA, Webflow, or similar Nice to Have Experience marketing AI, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure products Startup experience Exposure to paid acquisition channels Why Join FarmGPU Early‑stage ownership and visibility Direct collaboration with leadership Opportunity to shape the voice and growth strategy of an AI infrastructure company Clear growth path as the company scales Compensation

Full‑time, hybrid position in Rancho Cordova, CA . Remote work is not available for this role. Culture & Fit FarmGPU is a small team running serious infrastructure. Changes to one partner's schedule affect another's cluster allocation. A hardware procurement delay ripples into a benchmark timeline. We value people who can see those dependencies before they become problems. Radically transparent. Key metrics are visible internally.
