What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability
• Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment
• Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What Are We Looking For

• Background in mechanical, construction, or mining environments preferred
• Strong focus on safety practices and compliance in an industrial setting
• Reliable team player with clear communication and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing production needs
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre employment physical examination, drug alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
