We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Liner Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality pool liners, ensuring a seamless fit and finish that meets industry standards and customer expectations. Duties

• Measure and prepare pool areas for liner installation, ensuring precise fit and alignment according to blueprints and schematics
• Remove old liners carefully, inspecting the pool structure for any damage or repairs needed before installation
• Install new pool liners using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper sealing, caulking, and trimming for a watertight fit
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of installation phases
• Perform surface preparation including concrete forming, plastering, or masonry work as needed for pool base readiness
• Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to safety standards and client specifications
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool or similar liner installations preferred
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to pool construction projects
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation techniques
• Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination
• Skills in plumbing, electrical systems, concrete finishing, masonry, or remodeling are advantageous
• Ability to interpret technical documents such as schematics and construction plans accurately
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and pool installations
