Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: McAllen, TX

Pay Range: $52000 - $65000

What's the Job?

• Investigate customer quality concerns and provide prompt, effective responses
• Participate in root cause analysis and develop corrective actions using 8D methodology
• Design and implement process control and continuous improvement strategies
• Promote and enforce quality standards, inspections, and testing procedures
• Support and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 systems, including audits and documentation

What's Needed?

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D problem solving, Fishbone diagrams, DFMEA/PFMEA
• Proficiency with CAD software like SolidWorks is a plus
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
