Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome potential home buyers as they arrive at the open house • Provide tours of the property, highlighting key features and answering any questions from visitors • Assist in setting up and taking down signs, banners, and other marketing materials for the event • Ensure the house is locked upon completion of the open house • Specific availability for only a 2 to 4-hour period, either Saturday or Sunday Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work weekends • Ability to travel across the Metro • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus • Ability to work with the team • Does NOT require a real estate license Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
