Opportunity Austin Commercial has an outstanding opportunity for a Recruiter at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our recruiter will oversee the full‑cycle recruiting process for professional salaried positions across the United States. Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruiting for all corporate and operations positions including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, and Field Engineers. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting outlets, such as social media and job boards, and sourcing techniques to identify and engage talented individuals. Determine through screening and experience which individuals are the best technical and cultural fit for our company across the U.S. Strive to provide an overall positive candidate experience and develop strategies and processes to do so. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff to support interview, evaluation and offer processes. Track recruiting metrics and data to develop strategies to improve the process. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Maintain and develop relationships with new hires for current and future positions. Review, execute and manage third‑party vendor contracts; ensure services rendered align. Attend various recruiting fairs and events as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Have 2-5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries; staffing agency recruitment experience is preferred. Knowledgeable in Boolean search techniques; AIRS training/certification is a plus. Proven success in managing a full‑cycle recruiting process. Experience partnering with leadership teams and guiding hiring decisions. Have the ability to implement new, innovative methods for sourcing talent. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have strong attention to detail and accuracy while managing multiple priorities under stress. Must be able to work under pressure, multi‑task, and meet deadlines. Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook. Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience may substitute. Proficient in using ATS such as UKG/Ultipro, job boards, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Occasional day and overnight travel will be required for this role for recruitment fairs and events.
