Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team here at Hansell Tierney. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill various roles across industries. As a Recruiter at Hansell Tierney, you will play a critical role in ensuring we continue to deliver the highest caliber of candidates to our clients. Location: Greater Seattle area. We primarily work remotely but also value monthly in-person collaboration sessions. Candidates should be local to the Greater Seattle area and open to coming onsite monthly. Compensation: Starting base salary is $65,000 in addition to commissions on hourly consultant spread and direct hire fees. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial sourcing to candidate placement. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent. Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, to understand job requirements and create targeted recruiting plans. Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for current and future job openings. Update and maintain accurate and current key metrics in an applicant tracking system (ATS), Bullhorn preferred. Provide strategic input and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Qualifications: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or start-up. Strong technical recruiting experience. Able and willing to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must excel at prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing circumstances in uncertain situations. Beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, one must be able to demonstrate creative approaches to sourcing and recruiting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree preferred.
