Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-visibility recruiting function for our client. This role manages a high volume of complex interviews for their Executive Team, coordinating across practice group leaders, office managing partners, legal support staff, candidates, and external recruiters often across multiple time zones.

You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and responsive recruiting process firmwide. This position requires a polished communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and can work with senior leadership with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule a high volume of complex interviews across multiple time zones for lateral partner and senior counsel candidates.
  • Coordinate closely with practice group leaders, office managing partners, candidates, legal secretaries, assistants, and external recruiters to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Maintain a highly responsive and organized candidate experience, ensuring updates, confirmations, and logistics are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Track, update, and maintain candidate information and scheduling details with precision.
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, anticipate needs, and proactively follow up to keep the process moving.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Support broader recruiting workflow as needed during peak periods or shifting priorities.

Must-Haves

  • BA degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR administrative support experience (recruiting coordination strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to be thick-skinned, composed, and steady when dealing with high-pressure situations or senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, proactive , and known for impeccable follow-through.
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong professionalism, flexibility, and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to anticipate scheduling challenges before they arise.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
