About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support and scale our recruiting efforts in an in-office capacity. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, managing pipelines, and contributing to a high-quality candidate experience.

This role will be heavily focused on recruiting operations and candidate management, working closely with the Director to drive efficiency across the recruiting pipeline. Over time, there will be a clear opportunity to expand into onboarding support and ownership, making this an ideal position for someone looking to grow within recruiting and agent operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Support (Primary Focus)

• Manage all incoming candidate inquiries and communications
• Organize, maintain, and update candidate records within the CRM
• Conduct consistent email and text follow-ups to move candidates through the pipeline
• Schedule and manage recruiting appointments in support of the Director
• Organize and prioritize candidate workflows to ensure a strong, efficient pipeline
• Work through existing and older leads to re-engage and assess interest
• Maintain and update recruiting reporting spreadsheets by requested deadlines
• Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Director to provide pipeline updates and insights

Growth Opportunity: Onboarding Support

• Assist with onboarding coordination as needed, with the opportunity to take on increased ownership over time
• Support scheduling of onboarding meetings and tracking of required documentation
• Help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to active agent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in CRMs, spreadsheets, and shared systems
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Professional, responsive, and dependable
• Interest in recruiting, operations, and long-term growth within the organization
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support is a plus
