Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Senior Medical Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our medical office clients in the Blaine, MN area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple medical offices, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee the administrative operations of multiple medical offices remotely Manage and train administrative staff at each location Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve office operations Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and company policies Manage patient scheduling and ensure timely and accurate billing and coding Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvementWork closely with the company's leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and success Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical office management Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and remotely Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Contract Details This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.
