Overview Join a private EMS company providing 911 emergency services and inter-facility transfers (IFTs) in Port Arthur, TX. This is a 16-week assignment designed for experienced paramedics looking for a structured, rotational schedule with competitive pay and provided lodging. Assignment Details Duration: 16 weeks. Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday). Shift Length: 12-hour shifts. Compensation: $6,220 per 14-day work period. Travel Stipend: $400 included in pay. Pay Frequency: Biweekly. Call Volume: Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift. Lodging: Provided during scheduled work weeks only. Responsibilities Provide emergency medical services and patient transport. Respond to 911 calls and perform inter-facility transfers. Deliver high-quality patient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings. Requirements Minimum of 2–3 years paramedic experience. Work Schedule May Include Day and evening shifts. Night and overnight shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. Certifications Required BLS Certification (Required).
