Responsibilities Design and develop original prints and graphics in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Take artwork from initial concept through to pre-production readiness. Partner closely with the design team to establish timelines and ensure artwork is delivered on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to completion. Stay informed on new trends and concepts in prints and graphics to inspire fresh ideas. Maintain expertise in creating factory‑ready files and seamless repeats. Encourage teamwork and innovation by sharing research insights and recommending process improvements. Qualifications 3–5 years of professional experience in print or graphic design, or a related discipline. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for textile and surface design. Strong illustration and painting skills. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent time management abilities. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Resilient and positive when working under pressure. Self‑motivated with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
