Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomes Provide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust Stay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologies Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systems Work Environment This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.
