About the Role:
As a Client Communications Specialist, you will serve as the voice of the brand across a variety of channels, fostering positive relationships and exceeding guest expectations at every interaction. You will play a key role in managing all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring guests feel informed, valued, and connected throughout their experience.
What Youll Do:
Field, initiate, and respond to all guest communications across multiple channels, including email, social media platforms (direct messages and comments), online review sites (Google, Yelp), and phone calls
Initiate post-visit communication to nurture relationships and gather feedback
Schedule in-store appointments via phone, email, and website submissions, ensuring a seamless guest journey
Represent the brand through professional, polished, and informative communication at all times
What Were Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and warm tone
Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
Proficiency with email, social platforms, online review sites, and CRM systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A genuine interest in client experience and relationship building
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support a seamless client journey
Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management
