Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability* Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment* Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards* Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors**What Are We Looking For*** Background in mechanical, construction, or mining environments preferred* Strong focus on safety practices and compliance in an industrial setting* Reliable team player with clear communication and problem solving skills* Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing production needs* Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre employment physical examination, drug alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
